Follow these directions to install the Fiery Printer Driver on your personal Mac computers for the use of the printer on the 2nd floor at 205 Park St.
Download
- Download Mac Fiery Driver and application from https://tinyurl.com/dgsdfiles
- Sign in your Dropbox, or Continue with download only
- Make sure you’re on YaleSecure Wi-Fi and close to the printer.

Install Fiery Printer Driver
- Find the file and run the Fiery Printer Driver.pkg
- Click [Continue]
- Click [Agree] on license agreement
- Click [Allow] on the prompts “Allow Fiery Printer D to find devices on local networks”



Fiery Driver Installer
- Find Printer by: Select [Name or IP Address]
- Search: 10.74.80.110
- Note: Tpye in only. You will not able to copy and paste the numbers.
- Note: The application may momentarily freeze as it searches for printers at this location.
- Printer Name: 205 2nd Floor Fiery Printer (or another descriptive name)
- Do NOT change the Default Queue from “print”
- Click [Install]

Test Print
After installation of the driver, “Two Way communication needs to be enabled.”
- Select a program such as Word to make a test print
- Print window
- Select the “205 2nd Floor Fiery Printer”, or the one you named
- Scroll to the bottom and expand [Printer Options]
- Click on “Fiery Features” (i)

- Enable Two Way Communication
- Check the box [Two Way Communication]
- Click [Full Properties], this is where the Printing Preferences are set.
- If Two Way Communication fails, uncheck the box for now.


You’re all set to go!
