Follow these directions to install the Fiery Printer Driver on your personal PC computers for the use of the printer on the 2nd floor at 205 Park St.
Download
- Download the Windows Fiery driver and application from https://tinyurl.com/dgsdfiles
- Sign in your Dropbox, or Continue with download only
- Make sure you’re on YaleSecure Wi-Fi and close to the printer.
Install Fiery Printer Driver
- Find the file and double click on it, the zip file will contain the installer “prntdrv”
- Double click on “prntdrv” to install
- You may receive a pop up “User Account Control” to confirm you want to install the driver from Fiery, LCC, click Yes
- Progress through the installer until you reach “Add Printer”
Add Printer
- Find a printer by other options
- Select “Add a printer using IP address or host name”
- Type a printer hostname or IP address
- Device type: Autodetect
- Host name or IP address: 10.74.80.110”
- Port name: 10.74.80.110
- Leave “Query the printer and automatically select driver to use” checked, and click [Next]
- Install the printer driver
- Select “Pro C5200Series E-24B PS US1.0”, and click [Next]
- Type a printer name
- Printer Name: 205 2nd Floor Fiery Printer, (or something descriptive), and click [Next]
- Printer Sharing
- Select “Do not share this printer”
Test Print
Click “Print the test page” — the printer should now start working.
